"My dwelling place will be with them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people." Ezekiel 37: 27

Living out your Catholic faith in a joyful and well-run home shouldn’t be such a struggle! So, the Trinity House Community inspires families to make home a taste of heaven for the renewal of faith and culture.

How does a family make home a taste of heaven? For starters, the family is a communion of persons just like the Holy Trinity, so it’s already very close to entering into divine life! Heaven is living with God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit— and with his saints, especially our Blessed Mother Mary. To live with God, the family must follow His one-another-centered way of life, which Our Lord Jesus makes possible. By cultivating a life of communion, of putting one another first, the family home becomes a taste of heaven!

Practically speaking, making home a taste of heaven starts with receiving God’s own life of communion in the Eucharist at Sunday Mass. The Trinity House Way is all about bringing that communion with God that we receive in the sacraments into all the levels of a Trinity House: Faith Life, Person & Relationships, Household Economy, Family Culture, and Hospitality & Service.

You can learn much more about participating in the life of heaven now by watching our free online Heaven in Your Home Workshop! After the workshop, follow the weekly Heaven in Your Home Letters and join or start a Trinity House Community Group to be encouraged by other families who are working to build up their own Trinity Houses. Join in and make your own home a taste of heaven to share with family, friends, and neighbors!
